Need a plot map specifically for 10259 Westminster Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92843. This HO is part of Westbrook Properties Homeowners Association. (Lots 1 to 131 of Tract #8105, as recorded in book 325, pages 16 to 28, inclusive of misc. maps , in the office of the county recorder of said county.
This HO is breaking common area rules. Since there is a question as to what is, or is not, common and we need to prove what is common area, so we can move forward in enforcing the rules in our community.
Please include structure and any HO property in both front and back of unit. This HO is breaking all the rules, and we need to determine what is HO owned and what is COMMON AREA.
