We have been hired to perform an Environmental and Engineering Assessment of the above referenced property. In accordance with lender requirements, we are required to contact local agencies and ask the following:
1. Are there any open fire code violations for the property?
2. Do you have any records related to the presence of (or history of) underground and/or above ground storage tanks at the property?
A verbal or emailed response with the results of your records review/knowledge of the subject is satisfactory. If there is someone else I should contact or an official form required to get these questions answered, please let me know at your earliest convenience.

No Fire Department records were found concerning the history of the above-mentioned site, especially as it pertains to current occupant fire code violations, hazardous materials disclosure, permits, and or environmental records.
The City has utilized its best efforts to locate the records requested. The City does not provide records on spills, leaks and clean-up, as that information is provided through the County of Orange Health Department.
As of August 16, 2019, Orange County Fire Authority provides City fire and emergency medical services to the City of Garden Grove, therefore please contact Orange County Fire Authority for most current fire records. https://www.ocfa.org/Transparency/Transparency.aspx#
