Per the City of Garden Grove's Engineering Division, that segment was repaved and repainted in October 2018. The striping plan was not changed. What existed previous to October 2018 is what was re-striped and is what is currently existing . Mark Uphus is the Capital Improvement Principal Engineer and was overseeing that project.
