I am working on a proposed restaurant site south of the existing Target Center. The proposed site is located at 12202 Harbor Blvd. I am requesting any existing as-built plans for street and utilities along Harbor Blvd. Specifically street improvement plans, water, sewer , storm drain, street lighting, electrical, gas, telephone and cable plans. I have attached a copy of the proposed site layout for your use
