Per Garden Grove Planning Division, the City does not have copies of documents regarding the use of easements on private properties. The property owners needs to look at the Title Reports in order to find out what can the limitations of use on the easements. Also, you might check with the County Recorder at 714-834-2727 to get copies of any recorded easements on the properties.
