I do not have the name of the person I spoke to in your office yesterday. I appreciate her patience and all the info she gave me. However I believe my request is quite simple.
On May 23 1989 Chevron USA was given permission to explore any mineral rights in that area (including the school district) and my property was part of that. I have the mineral rights to that property and am having the County Clerk's office researching my continuation of that right.

10-9-91 I received another letter from Chevron stating that they had surrendered the lease to the Office of the County Recorder office.

My question is: Has anyone else been given that right, if so who, and can I have that information? Does the City plan to continue with possibly getting more revenue from this source of mineral in this area?

My information is OMITTED BY CITY CLERK'S OFFICE
