Garden Grove Building Permits staff has printed the records and they may be picked up at the Building Permit counter in City Hall during business hours - Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Hall is closed every other Friday with business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the open Friday.

I have checked the permits of the property online, there are some pages are not clear. Is there any chance if I can go to the city & see these un-clear pages?
