I need help in finding a parking easement for the property at 12812 Brookhurst Street (APN 089-662-07). Reportedly there is a parking agreement/easement that is recorded and runs with the land which provides 25 parking spaces to 12812 Brookhurst. The parking spaces are provided at the adjacent property 12842 Brookhurst Street (APN 089-662-25). This is the Coffee Lovers restaurant. Reportedly the agreement was made between the two property owners which allowed Parcel 25 to have access from Parcel 07 in exchange for the 25 parking spaces on Parcel 25 as they have a large lot. I do not have a document number or the exact date of the agreement. I have tried going thru a title rep but cannot get anywhere without a doc. number or more information. It occurred to me that perhaps your records might have that information and I'm hoping that you can help. I'm happy to pay for research/information. This is important to my work assignment and I will really appreciate any assistance you can provide.
