Hi, my name is Miu Chow and I am with a general contractor company called Pacific Environmental Technologies, Inc. Recently, we have a project with GKN Aerospace Transparency(12242 Western Ave). The project takes place in BLDG #2 (see attachment) within this property. We've been told that the this building was built back in the 70s. And sometime in the 80s, GKN had an expansion (~78,000 SQ FT) for BLDG #2. That project has been permitted through City of Garden Grove at that time. I need to obtain the plan that was submitted for that expansion for BLDG #2 at that time or if I can have the name of the Engineer/Architect on the record for that plan
