The City does not issue Flood Elevation Certificates, since the City's Engineering Department does not have that information. To find out what the base elevation is of a property, a property owner would need to hire a surveyor to determine the base elevation. The City can only determine what Flood Zone a property is located in based on the Flood Zone Maps that are issued to the City by FEMA. The property located at 13924 Parkway Drive is located in Flood Zone A, Areas of the 100 year flood. The Community and Map Number is 060220-0143-J.
