• A copy or record of any available Certificate(s) of Occupancy on file. If one is not available, will this present a code compliance issue with the City of Garden Grove?
• Copies of any open or outstanding code enforcement/building code violations (Notice of Violation)
• Copies of any open or outstanding fire code violations (Notice of Violation)
