Hi,
We are contracting to complete a renovation @ 5481 Park Ave, Garden Grove & I want to make sure that there are not any permit issues.
There was a garage that was turned into an interior family room.
When I look @ the records I see this listed, with very little detail...
TYPE: DWELLING ADDITIONS & ALTERATIONS. BUILDING DWELLING ADDITIONS & ALTERATIONS
Can you please confirm that above is for the garage to interior family room & are there any permit issues on this home, that we should be aware of or that may cause any issues with us moving forward with this renovation?

Per Garden Grove Building Services, original garage was legally converted to a family room. If the current garage converted faces the street then there are no permits for that.
