Per Garden Grove Water Services Division, the City does not have specific groundwater information for that address, but based on previous projects, the water table can fluctuate anywhere from 4 ft to 10 ft. Should any construction requiring grading, foundations etc. be proposed, contractor should be prepared for dewatering procedures.

Also, 5234 Lampson Ave does not have a water account with the City, however, 5232 and 5260 Lampson, tenants of the same plaza (same lot) do have a water account with the City and information has been provided. If any additional information or clarifications are needed, contact Water Services at 714-741-5346.
