I would like to obtain the bids or proposals for the RFQ/RFP for PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO MEET COMPLIANCE AND IMPLEMENT THE MANDATORY OUTREACH AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS OF AB 341 AND AB 1826 which resulted in MuniEnvironmental obtaining a contract in April of 2018. Per Garden Grove Public Works Department, a sole source agreement was established with MuniEnvironmental for public outreach compliance assistance services for AB 341 (Commercial Recycling Program) and AB 1826 (Commercial Organics Recycling Program). At the time, MuniEnvironmental was the only consultant available to provide a business survey, site visits and Vietnamese translators on staff within a short time-frame to help demonstrate progress before a scheduled Calrecycle Public Hearing to review the City's mandated programs.
