Effective immediately, the City of Garden Grove will extend the suspension of water shut-offs for non-payments and late fee charges until further notice. The action is in keeping with Governor Gavin Newsom’s Executive Order N-42-20 which prohibits shut-offs of water service to residences, as well as small businesses within the critical infrastructure sectors (i.e. healthcare, emergency services). Per the order, customers are still obligated to pay for water service, and does not require the City to reduce amounts owed.

Water bill payments can be made online at ggcity.org/water; over the phone at (888) 867-2992; in-person or mailed to Garden Grove City Hall, located at 11222 Acacia Parkway; or non-cash payments may be placed in the drop-off box located in front of Garden Grove City Hall.

For more information or to start or stop water services, call (714) 741-5078 or visit ggcity.org/finance/water-billing.
