Due to the continuing COVID-19 health emergency, the City of Garden Grove announces the extended closures of City Hall and other City facilities, cancellation of City programs and classes, suspension of water shut-offs for non-payment, and the discontinuation of street sweeping parking citations through Friday, April 17, 2020. To provide some relief to the community facing the challenges of the coronavirus outbreak, the City of Garden Grove will immediately postpone the issuance of street sweeping parking citations and any discontinuation of water service for non-payment, through Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Late water service payments will be accepted without penalty if paid by Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
“Garden Grove wants to do what’s best for our community and lend a hand wherever we can. City and community working together is how we’re all going to get through these very difficult times,” said Garden Grove Mayor Steve Jones.
Utility payments can be made online at ggcity.org/water, over the phone at (888) 867-2992, or mailed to Garden Grove City Hall, located at 11222 Acacia Parkway, Garden Grove 92840. Non-cash payments may be placed in the drop-off box located in front of Garden Grove City Hall.
