211 Orange County manages Orange County’s Emergency Hotline to refer residents to emergency and essential services. 211 Orange County refers Garden Grove residents to the following services: Housing, Food/Meals, Health Care, Utility Assistance, Legal and Public Safety Assistance, Mental Health Services, Personal Household Needs, Information Services, and Employment Services.
