A Resolution ratifying, and re-affirming the approval by the Successor Agency of a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions for the purchase of certain property located at 12291 and 12311 Harbor Boulevard and 12292 and 12312 Thackery Drive, Garden Grove, and authorizing certain actions in connection therewith.
