Adoption of a Resolution approving the Successor Agency Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 689, confirming the rescission and nullification of that certain Health & Safety Code Section 33220 Agreement between the City of Garden Grove and the Garden Grove Agency For Community Development pertaining to property located at 13501 Harbor Boulevard, and ratifying and authorizing assignment of the lease with respect to the property to the City
