Potential homeowners interested in learning more about down payment assistance, understanding the home buying process, credit readiness, financing, and more are encouraged to RSVP to the City of Garden Grove’s 2024 Homebuyer Day. Event activities include a resource fair with mortgage lenders, community housing organizations, and real estate agents providing a variety of resources and information related to becoming a home owner. Food and refreshments will be provided and participants can take part in a free raffle for a chance to win prizes, including a 43” television. Admission and parking are free.
