VICTIM: Names Withheld Male, Hispanic residents of Garden Grove
SUSPECT: CARR, AUDREY 4-13-79

NARRATIVE: On May 17th, at 7:O2 AM, officers from the Garden Grove Police Department responded to the location reference a neighborhood dispute over a construction remodeling project. The suspect was upset at the construction crew working on the project and exited her residence armed with firearm. The suspect fired one round into the air and pointed the firearm at the construction crew. The suspect barricaded herself in her residence and refused to exit. The Garden Grove Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics team responded. After several hours of negotiations with the suspect she was taken into custody without further incident. A search warrant was executed at the location and a firearm was recovered. CARR was booked into Orange County Jail for the listed charge.
