RFP - Technical Assistance Program Operator
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT PROPOSALS will be accepted from qualified professional organizations with demonstrated skills and experience providing technical assistance and business support to small businesses. The services provided by the Proposer need to be for low- to moderate-income individuals (LMI) wishing to open a business or expand an existing business they own.
