The community is encouraged to download the City of Garden Grove’s new mobile app by Tuesday, October 31 to be entered into a free opportunity drawing to win a $100 Costco gift card. Find the new app on the Apple Store or Google Play by searching for ‘Garden Grove.’ After downloading and opening the app for the first time, allow to receive notifications. Winners will be alerted through the notification system on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

Three users will be selected at random to receive $100 Costco gift cards. Winners will have 30 days to claim their prize at Garden Grove City Hall, located at 11222 Acacia Parkway. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to win. Only one prize per winner.

On September 26, the City launched the new ‘Garden Grove’ app, introducing enhanced features, including a new location-based tool called My Garden Grove that allows users to find trash and street sweeping schedules, and local events and parks. Familiar features, such as Report an Issue, water billing, building permits, found animals listing, and Buy in Garden Grove are also included in the redesign.

Users with the former mobile app should delete the application from their device and download the new one by December 2023.
