CSPAH

The 2021 Comprehensive Strategic Plan to Address Homelessness (CSPAH), a 5-year roadmap to address the short- and long-term impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic on homelessness and to initiate community outreach efforts regarding the CSPAH to further explore homeless programs and solutions.

The CSPAH was presented to the City Council at the January 26, 2021 Regular Meeting and the Final CSPAH was approved by Council on September 28, 2021.
