The City of Garden Grove is an unexplored island of opportunities. For example we found a ribbon cutting for the Stuart Apartments. This completely renovated apartment building is now helping formerly homeless people to get a roof over their heads. It's part of the City's Comprehensive Strategic Plan to end homelessness. And on the City's Historic Main Street there's a whole lot of shakin' going on. It's the 22nd Annual Elvis Festival!
